Welcome to the Savvy Wedding Guide Vendor Directory (the “Site”), owned and operated by Budget Savvy Inc a Tennessee Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”)! The Site is a Wedding vendor directory that helps couples find and book the perfect vendors for their big day (the “Services”). Because protecting your private information is a priority for us, this Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You ( use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. You acknowledge that by using the Site, you agree to the collection, storage, sharing, and usage of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. 1. What Information We Collect

- Register as a vendor on our Site.
- Sign up for our email list or inquire with a vendor.
Note that no personally identifiable information is required to access the Site itself. Depending upon the purpose, some of the personal information we request from you is identified as mandatory, while some is voluntary. We will make it clear what information is mandatory and what information is voluntary when you submit the information. If you do not provide the mandatory information requested with respect to a particular action, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
The personal information that we collect may include:

For vendors - First name, last name, email address, mailing address, phone number, website URL, and business description.
- Pricing information: Our customers may provide us with pricing information for their various business services to be shared on their public business listing. They are not required to share pricing information in order to be listed. We will only share pricing information with other users of the site if the customer has specifically opted in to do so. We will not sell or rent pricing information to third parties.
- For visitors and viewers - First name, last name, email address, location (State) of wedding and wedding date.
We may also gather certain other information about you directly from your device in order to analyze the Site’s performance, such as:
- URL of website you just came from
- URL of website you visit next
- Time spent on the Site
- Pages visited on the Site
- Information on your browser type
- Mobile device information such as type of device, operating system, and browser type
- IP address
2. Use of the Information We Collect
We may use the information that we collect about you or from you (or that you provide to us) for the following reasons:
- To provide you with the services that you have requested: such as registering as a vendor, signing up for our email list, or inquiring with a vendor.
- To communicate with you about your account and your use of the site: such as sending you account updates, billing information, or responding to your inquiries.
- To send you marketing and promotional materials about our products and services:such as newsletters, special offers, and event invitations. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time.

We will retain any personal information that you provide to us for as long as you are a paying member of our platform. Once you have stopped being a paying member, we will delete your personal information from our files within 60 days.
However, at any time you may (a) request that we delete your personal information from our files immediately, and (b) unsubscribe from our email list. Any email you receive from us will include instructions on how to unsubscribe.
Note that any information you provide publicly on the Site, for example by leaving a public comment, is not protected by this Privacy Policy.

Payment Processors - For successful transactions on the Site, we may use third-party services to process payment for vendor listings on the Site. For example, we may have to relay your credit card information and billing address to your card issuer to process and confirm payment of your vendor listing on the Site. In this event, your personal information is relayed directly to the payment processor and we do not store or collect this information. We use Stripe, which is subject to their own Privacy Policy.
We may also share your personal information with third parties if we are required to do so by law or if we believe that it is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.
Note that when you provide your personal information to a vendor through our site, the vendor may also collect and use your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any vendors that you interact with through our site.

The Site uses “cookies” to optimize your use of the Site and delivery of the information, products, or services you request. A cookie is a small piece of data saved on a user’s computer to optimize the user’s experience on a website. 8. California Residents

However, your personal data may still be retained in our records for 60 days for legal or regulatory purposes.
